Newsletter May 2011

Read our previous monthly tips http://www.knysnafibreglass.co.za/Monthly%20newsletters.htm

Wow, it has been two months since our last newsletter.
Lots of things have happened and are happening in our lives. We are growing very nicely, which creates lots of things to do. This has made the newsletters late.

To everyone who has sent me more tips, thank you very much, I have had a computer software error on my database causing the loss of all data since 15 April 2011. That has driven home the point of making back-up’s more frequently.

Monthly tip:

Most of us have plants that are sensitive to frost.

Here are a couple of ways to help them survive the winter.

1.                  Cover them with sheets of plastic, thatch grass or any suitable item.

2.                  Use Christmas lights or light bulbs to keep them warm. With a cover, this helps a lot.

3.                  Plant them in containers that can be moved indoors or under cover.

4.                  Know the microclimate in your garden, some spots would be more prone to frost than others. Keep your sensitive plants out of these areas.

5.                  Ensure windbreaks, the wind can cause a severe drop in temperature.

I think this is cruel

A man and his wife were sitting in the living room discussing a “Living Will”
"Just so you know, I never want to live in a vegetative state, dependent on some machine and fluids from a bottle. If that ever happens, just pull the plug."

His wife got up, unplugged the TV and threw out all the beer.

Some product news

As always I would like to tell you about our shower cubicles. http://www.knysnafibreglass.co.za/Catalogue%20cubicles.htm.

Leak and mold free. Easy to install.
Recently we had to help a client that had a huge problem with bad showers. Before talking to me they started taking out their old showers. When we finally met, we had 24 hrs before the guests arrive.
We did the installation of two showers in 3.5 hours on a Friday afternoon, in time for the guests to enjoy a great weekend.
Thank you for the opportunity to help.

This model was a development for a very large client. Still waiting for final approval
